We started CompletePicture because we kept seeing the same thing: businesses with good people, good instincts, and terrible tools. Teams spending half their week on tasks a well-built system could handle in minutes — because that’s the way they’d always done it. Not because better technology didn’t exist, but because nobody had made it accessible to them.
We’ve sat on both sides of this. We’ve been the team drowning in spreadsheets, and we’ve been the ones building the software.

How we work
Week 1
We start by sitting with you. Not a requirements document — a conversation. We want to understand what your day actually looks like: where the time goes, what frustrates your team, what your customers experience.
Weeks 2–3
From that conversation, we map out where you are and where you could be. Most businesses don’t need a hundred things to change — they need three or four things to work properly. We pinpoint exactly where the right system would make the biggest difference, and scope out what it would take to build it.
Weeks 3–8
A bespoke solution built around your business — how your team works, what your customers expect, where you’re headed. Designed to grow with you.
Typically 6–8 weeks, start to finish.
