By submitting ideas, messages, or other content to IdeaAgent, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute that content for any purpose, including business, commercial, and marketing purposes.

4. Data Usage

All data generated through your use of IdeaAgent, including conversations, searches, and results, may be retained, analyzed, and used by us to improve our services, develop new products, and for internal business purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

IdeaAgent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by emailing us at ojgwoodman@gmail.com.

Refund conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
• After the 30-day period has expired, no refunds will be issued
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of apparent abuse of the guarantee
